How many days in advance should I book a car? Is a deposit required?
We recommend booking your Mui Ne private car at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability. However, for urgent trips, we can still arrange a car within 1 hour. No deposit is required — you can pay after the trip by cash or bank transfer.
How will I know which car will pick me up and where should I meet the driver?
After your booking is confirmed, we will send you the car photo and driver information one day in advance. The driver will arrive on time at your hotel. Please come to the hotel lobby at the scheduled time to meet the driver and board the car. Don’t worry — we will stay in touch and support you throughout the trip, so feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions.
What payment methods are accepted? Can I pay by credit card?
We accept payment in cash (VND, USD, or Euro) or by bank transfer. Currently, we do not accept credit card payments.
Is there any extra charge if my flight is delayed?
No hidden fees. We monitor your flight arrival time and update the driver directly. Even if your flight lands later than expected, the driver will still wait for you at the airport.
Can I stop for food, coffee, or photos during the trip?
Yes, of course. Since this is a private car service, you can ask the driver to stop anytime for coffee, restrooms, snacks, or photos along the road. Most guests usually stop once or twice during long trips.
Do your drivers speak English?
Most drivers speak basic English for simple communication during the trip. If needed, they also use translation apps very quickly to help international travelers.
